How an RFX class works
Warm-Up (5–8 min)
Light mobility, activation, and simple footwork to get you moving and ready to train. Sets the tone so the rest of the class feels smooth.

Upper Body & Agility (10 min)
Presses, pulls, and core work paired with quick-feet patterns (think shuffles and cross-overs). Builds upper-body control and faster reactions.

On-Court Conditioning (10 min)
Player-led drills on court. The instructor sets the format; players work together to keep a steady pace and clean form. It’s collaborative, not competitive.

Lower Body & Agility (10 min)
Squats, hinges, lunges and balance drills mixed with starts, stops, and direction changes. Helps you plant, move, and stay stable.

On-Court Conditioning (10 min)
A second collaborative block with different drills. Teammates push and spot each other to finish strong—no scoring or head-to-head, just consistent effort and quality movement.

Cool-Down (5 min)
Easy mobility and guided breathing so you leave feeling fresh and ready for your next session.

Classes are inclusive of all skill and fitness levels. RFX is functional training - not a racket sports lesson.
