Information we collect

You give us your name, email, phone, city and state, account details, and the contents of forms you submit, including a Founding Coach application. If you buy a membership, Stripe processes the payment. We keep payment status and a customer reference. We do not store full card numbers.

We also receive technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, and referral information. The site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, a Facebook pixel, Crisp chat, and, in production, product analytics, to understand how the site is used.

If you join through a coach or club link or code, we store that attribution so the right party can be credited.

How we use it

We use this information to run the site and memberships, take payment, review coach applications, send transactional email such as receipts and application confirmations, attribute referrals, prevent fraud, and understand which pages are used. We do not use it to make health or performance claims about you.

How we share it

We share information with service providers that process it for us: Stripe for payments and coach payouts, our email provider for messages we send, hosting and database providers, and the analytics and chat tools named above. We share information if the law requires it, or to protect RFX, our members, or the public from fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information. Coaches in the Founding Coach Program can see aggregate referral totals. They do not receive a player’s personal training data.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as your account or application is active, and then for as long as we need it for payments, tax, fraud prevention, and legal claims. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to opt out of marketing email. Transactional messages about a membership or application you asked for will still be sent. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may limit parts of the site.

The services are not directed at children under 13, and the Founding Coach Program is only for people 18 or older. If you believe a child gave us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
