Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RFX Sports ("RFX", "we") collects for RFX+ and The Brief, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your email address and name.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, payment status and the last four digits of your card, not the full card.
- Training intake: how you play, your equipment and goals, which you choose to share so we can build your plan. Please don't send medical records; RFX+ is not a medical service.
- Usage: email opens and clicks, and basic site analytics.
How we use it
To deliver The Brief and RFX+, build your plan, schedule sessions, process payments, answer you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run RFX+: Stripe (payments), beehiiv (newsletter email), Google (scheduling and video sessions), and the physio or performance expert running your session. We may share information if required by law. If you join through a partner club, we do not share your training details with the club.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from The Brief anytime. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your information. California and other state residents may have additional rights, which we honour on request.
Retention
We keep your information while you're a subscriber and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
RFX+ is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll post updates here and email subscribers about material changes.
